Chromosome 3 Centromere, DIG-Labeled Probe

The probe is a double-stranded DNA probe that has been labeled with digoxigenin (DIG). It
detects human chromosome 3 alpha-satellites DNA D3Z1 in formalin fixed paraffin embedded
(FFPE) tissue sections and cell preparation by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH)
methodology.
