Inhibin is a dimeric glycoprotein hormone from the TGF-ß family made of a and ß subunits. This antibody recognizes the 32kDa a subunit of human inhibin. Inhibin a is expressed in a wide variety of human tissues, such as brain, prostate, adrenal, granulose cells of ovary, sertoli cells of testis and in fetoplacental unit.
