This antibody is specific to ?-? enolase isozyme of 46 kDa. This antibody stains neurons, neuroendocrine cells, gangliomas, oat cell carcinomas, astrocytomas, paragangliomas, glioblastomas, pheochromocytomas, melanomas and schwannomas. -neuronal tumors. protein B (SP-B). It is also expressed in the kidney. This antibody may be a useful tool as a tumor marker for primary lung adenocarcinoma.
