The probe is a double-stranded DNA probe that has been labeled with digoxigenin (DIG). It
detects human chromosome X alpha-satellites DNA DXZ1 in formalin fixed paraffin embedded
(FFPE) tissue sections and cell preparations by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH).
