The probe is a double-stranded DNA probe, 180 kb in size, labeled with digoxigenin (DIG). It
detects human HER2 gene at chromosome 17q12-21 region in formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell preparations by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH).
