Specificity: The human leucocyte common antigen is a family of five or more high molecular weight glycoproteins of MW 180, 190, 205 and 220 kD, present on the surface of the majority of human leucocytes. This antibody labels lymphoid cells. The antibody labels neoplastic B and T cells in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and in leukaemias of B and T cell types.
