The Heavy Chain Histonesondas of Immunoglobulins consist of single-stranded DNA segments of lengths of 185 to 601 nucleotides, complementary to the expressed RNA. They are useful for the study of monoclonality in lymphoid tumors, in lymphoproliferative syndromes, in myelomas and for the study of lymphoproliferative syndromes associated with immunodeficiency.
