Histo-Line Laboratories propose une sélection complète d'anticorps prêts à l'emploi concentrés et pré-dilués marqués IVD, ASR et RUO pour votre commodité. Les anticorps monoclonaux sont produits chez la souris, le rat ou le lapin et sont fournis sous forme d'immunoglobuline purifiée ou de surnageant de culture. Les anticorps polyclonaux sont produits chez le lapin ou la chèvre et sont fournis sous forme de fraction d'immunoglobuline purifiée.

Les anticorps concentrés sont conçus pour les personnes qui souhaitent avoir plus de flexibilité dans leurs protocoles d'immunocoloration. L'utilisateur final peut titrer l'anticorps selon ses propres conditions et protocole de coloration. Le facteur de dilution recommandé est fourni avec chaque anticorps. Les anticorps concentrés sont fournis en tailles de 1 ml ou 0,5 ml.
Les anticorps prêts à l'emploi ont fait l'objet de tests de contrôle qualité et sont disponibles en volumes prédilués pratiques de 6 ml ou 7 ml. Aucune dilution ou titrage supplémentaire n'est nécessaire.
