Specificity: This antibody is specific to alpha and gamma specific actinisomers from skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle but does not recognize beta and non-smooth muscle gamma actin isomers. In western blot, HHF35 detects a 42kD protein extract from skeletal muscle but not from epithelial cell lines.
