Specificity: This antibody stains squamous, ductal and other complex epithelium. This antibody reacts with squamous cell and ductal carcinomas of the breast, pancreas, bile duct and salivary gland, in addition to transitional cell carcinomas of the bladder and nasopharnyx, thymomas, and epithelioid mesotheliomas. Mesenchymal tissues such as blood vessel, smooth muscle, skeletal muscle, dermis and nervous tissue are not stained.
