This antibody is specific to human lambda light chain. It reacts with free and bound heavy chain isotypes. Lambda light chains are found on the surface of B cells in lymphoid tissues. This antibody is useful for the identification of immunoglobulins in leukemias, plasmacytomas and some non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
