This kit is a non-biotin system and utilizes a Poly HRP (horseradish peroxidase) and Poly AP (alkaline phoshatase) conjugates to locate where the mouse or rabbit primary antibody. The complexes formed between Poly HRP conjugate with mouse primary antibody and Poly AP
conjugate with rabbit primary antibody are observed through the use of two substrate-chromogen solutions, which when added sequentially, result in two colored precipitates at the antigen locations.
