Tissue Soft enables easier and simpler cutting of the tissue inside paraffin block.
By immersing the paraffined tissue in Tissue Soft solution rehydration and tissue softening are achieved which provide easy cutting, without breaking of the block.
This procedure eliminates the issue of uneven staining and loss of microanatomical details, which happens frequently during inadequate tissue processing.
Tissue Soft is used in histology laboratories by cutting the paraffin block up to the place where embedded tissue is located, and then it is immersed in Tissue Soft. After treating the tissue block using Tissue Soft, the cutting procedure is easier, and microanatomical details of the section are better preserved.
